“Sad with the passing this morning of my Shixiong Lawrence Lim Buck See, 林少雄, Chief Instructor of Singapore Seow Kong San Physical Culture Society, 新加坡少光山国术体育会。Remember during my school days in the 70s, my classmate Richard and I was travelling on the bus to register at a Karate dojo when we passed by the club and saw the words ‘School of Shaolin Martial Arts’. We immediately alighted and proceed to enrol with Lawrence, thus starting my life as a Shaolin martial artist. May he rest in peace. God Bless!”
